To display your company's logo on the gangway passes, just click 'Choose Logo', select the logo from your image files and click 'Submit'. Keep in mind the size restrictions of Png and Jpg files.

Master approval for issuing gangway pass is only available for Corporate Plan users. Corporate Plan users can activate the approval facility by selecting ‘Yes’.in which case the entry approval request with Gangway Pass details will be sent to the Master’s mobile phone by whatsapp. This feature would be extremely helpful in case the vessel is operating at ISPS level 2 or Level 3 or whenever higher security measures are implemented on board without changing the security levels. Please choose ‘Yes’ and ‘Whatsapp’ in case you agree for this service. If you do not want any approval from Master then just choose ‘No’

If HSE policy briefing is required onboard prior visitor entry then you can upload your policies for viewing and acknowledgement by visitors. Just click 'Choose HSE Policy', select your file and click 'Submit'. Please ensure that all HSE policies are compiled in one single pdf document.

All Gate Passes will be delivered on the declared email of the visitor by default. Corporate Plan users can choose between ‘Email’ or ‘Whatsapp’ or both

You can view the entire details of all gangway passes issued from all ships. You can also export the details in excel.
