File a Grievance

Gatepass.net.in is committed to customer satisfaction.
In case you are our current and paid customer and have not received any response to your complaints / queries / requests then you can file a grievance with us and we will look at it on priority basis.
While filing your grievance you must clearly mention following:
- Subject – Grievance for XXXXXXXX / Customer name / Plan purchased
- Your name and customer Id
- Plan purchased
- Your complaint / query / request details with Ticket Id
- Date of 1st complaint / query / request
- Date of 2nd complaint / query / request
- Date of 3rd complaint / query / request
