In case you are our current and paid customer and have not received any response to your complaints / queries / requests then you can file a grievance with us and we will look at it on priority basis.

While filing your grievance you must clearly mention following:

  1. Subject – Grievance for XXXXXXXX / Customer name / Plan purchased
  2. Your name and customer Id
  3. Plan purchased
  4. Your complaint / query / request details with Ticket Id
  5. Date of 1st complaint / query / request
  6. Date of 2nd complaint / query / request
  7. Date of 3rd complaint / query / request
